Family-owned and operated by Carlos Palafox, 5 Stars is led by an owner who has spent decades working hands-on in the auto body and collision repair industry. Carlos brings extensive experience in collision repair, structural and body work, panel repair and replacement, automotive painting and refinishing, precision color matching, restoration, and custom paint work. He understands the repair process from the damaged body and panels through the final painted finish—not simply from the business side of the shop.
That hands-on experience allows Carlos to be directly involved in the work performed at 5 Stars and in the standards expected throughout the repair process. His name, experience, and reputation stand behind the work of the shop and the team he has built around him.
Today, the 5 Stars team brings more than 60 years of combined experience, with skilled technicians covering the complete range of services offered at the Colorado Springs location, including collision and auto body repair, professional paint and refinishing, PDR, hail damage repair, automotive restoration, custom paint, and auto glass.
